Trellis Foods opened in December 2025 out of our food truck. We wanted to bring a special hotdog style from New York state to share with Lousiville and give our guests some fun and satisfying menu of hotdogs and bar bites.

Construction began on our permanent, full kitchen in January 2026 and will open with a more substantial and awesome menu in March! Stay tuned!
